The part that now comes isn't really part of the main Bounty Bay Gold quest, but it gives you something to do and it gives nice XP, so I'm including it in this guide.
1. When you are around level 20, talk to Spero in Zant, he will tell you to hunt Woo-pies & Cook Woo-pies for some pages.
2. Kill the Woo-pies, there are a lot of these north of Zant. The pages don't drop quickly, you'll need to kill around 20-30 of Woo-pies for this. When you have both of the pages, return to Spero.
3. Talk to Spero again, and you will get 3.5k XP & 2k Z. Yay! Now you have to go to Tryteh.
4. Talk to Tryteh, and she will send you to Cornell.
5. Talk to Cornell, time for a short walk, as he will send you to Lutis in Valley of Luxem Tower.
6. Talk to Lutis, and you find out your walk was useless and you have to go back to Cornell
7. Talk to Cornell, and he will give you the certificate. Go back to Tryteh.
8. Talk to Tryteh, she will give you a report which you have to take to Spero.
9. Talk to Spero, and you will get 3k XP & 1.5k Z.
10. Talk to Spero again, and he will send you to Belz in Breezy Hills.
11. Talk to Belz, he will tell you to capture 10 Dalpings or Ranger Dalpings.
